Round 2: Ch 1, Reverse sc to center of first tab, turn to work sc around inside neck edge to top edge of 2nd tab, ch 4 for button loop, skip 3 sc, sc in next sc, turn to complete outside edge in Reverse sc; join. Fasten off.
