18th to 32nd rnds: 1 cross sc in each sc around. Sl st in first sc of rnd. Fasten off.
33rd rnd: Working in back loops only, join A with sl st in first sc. Ch 1. 1 cross sc in each st around. Join with sl st to first sc.
34th to 36th rnds: Ch 1. 1 sc in each sc around. Do not join. Fasten off at end of last rnd.
37th rnd: Working in back loops only, join D with sl st in first sc. Ch 1. 1 cross sc in each sc around. Join with sl st to first sc.
Booster Rockets (make 3)

1st rnd: 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. 6 sc. PM on first st. Do not join at end of rnds. Work in spiral in continuous rnds.
2nd rnd: (1 cross sc in next sc. 2 cross sc in next sc) 3 times. 9 sc.
3rd rnd: 1 cross sc in each sc around.
4th rnd: (1 cross sc in each of next 2 sc. 2 cross sc in next sc) 3 times. 12 sc.
5th and 6th rnds: 1 cross sc in each sc around. Join with sl st to first sc at end of 6th rnd. Fasten off.
7th rnd: Join B with sl st to back loop of first sc. Working in back loops only, 1 cross sc in each sc around. PM on first st. Do not join at end of rnds. Work in spiral in continuous rnds.
Begin stuffing lightly and continue stuffing as work progresses.
8th rnd: (1 cross sc in each of next 4 sc. Sc2tog) twice. 10 sts.
9th rnd: 1 cross sc in each st around.
10th rnd: (1 cross sc in each of next 3 sc. Sc2tog) twice. 8 sts.
Sl st in first sc of rnd. Fasten off. Finish stuffing rocket, leaving room for inserting a flame into the end.
Alien
0/7Head: With E, ch 2.
1st rnd: 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. 6 sc. PM on first st. Do not join. Work in spiral in continuous rnds.
2nd and 3rd rnds: 1 cross sc in each sc around.
4th rnd: (Sc2tog) 3 times. Fasten off. Use ends as stuffing.
Cut toothpick in half. Glue Head to flat (cut) tip of toothpick.
Glue 2 beads to upper front of head to form eyes.
Glue two small pompoms to upper sides of Head (as if wearing headphones).
Legs/Body
0/21First Leg: Beg at bottom of leg with A, ch 2.
1st rnd: 6 sc in 2nd ch from ring. Do not join. Work in continuous rnds (spiral). 6 sc.
PM in last sc worked to for end of rnd. Move marker up as each rnd is completed.
2nd rnd: 2 cross sc in each of next 6 sts. 12 sc.
3rd rnd: (1 cross sc in next sc. 2 cross sc in next sc) 6 times. 18 sc.
4th to 8th rnds: 1 cross sc in each sc around. Fasten off.
Stuff leg.
Second Leg: Work as given for First leg. Do not fasten off.
Continue to stuff leg and body as work progresses.
Join Legs: Remove end of rnd markers for both legs.
9th rnd: Hold first leg and second leg together and working through both thicknesses, 1 cross sc in next sc to join legs.
1 cross sc in each of next 17 sc of Second leg then 1 cross sc in each of 17 sc of First leg. 34 sc.
PM in last sc worked and move marker up as each rnd is completed.
Body: 10th rnd: (2 cross sc in next st. 1 cross sc in each of next 16 sts) twice. 36 sc.
11th rnd: (1 cross sc in each of next 5 sc. 2 cross sc in next sc) 6 times. 42 sc.
12th rnd: 1 cross sc in each sc around. Join B with sl st to back loop of next sc. Do not fasten off A.
BODY: 13th rnd: With B, ch 1. Working in back loops only, 1 cross sc in same sp as sl st. 1 cross sc in each sc around. Do not join.
Work in continuous rnds.
14th to 16th rnds: Working in both loops, 1 cross sc in each sc around.
17th rnd: (1 cross sc in each of next 5 sc. Sc2tog) 6 times. 36 sts.
18th rnd: 1 cross sc in each st around. Beg at lower end of head with A, ch 2.
Head
0/71st rnd: 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. 6 sc. Do not join. Work in continuous rnds (spiral).
PM in last sc worked to for end of rnd. Move marker up as each rnd is completed.
